Star Estate Agents Property Management.  Our management covers a wide range of property in London and Greater London. We also offer our services across the UK. We seek properties of 2 / 3 and 4 bedrooms for 3 to 7 years management terms.

Star Estate Agents manage the entire process taking care of day to day management. Our main focus is managing properties with as little Landlord involvement as possible. Several of our Landlords live overseas within the Taxes & Management Act.

We offer running repairs during the term. Running repairs are not structural repairs. We aim to fix blocked toilets, sinks, leaky taps, loose screws. The vast majority of agents do not offer this service, they engage a contractor and charge you.

We only contact you if structural issues arise. This would be issues with the fabric of the building, roofing, gutters, drains, and windows.

Boilers need British Gas or alternative maintenance contract. This is the Landlords responsibility. You can join our British Gas bulk contract which offers savings.

  Step 1

You will have the opportunity to have a face-to-face meeting with us. The purpose of the meeting is to:

You will meet us either at our office or at your property, whichever choice you feel more comfortable with.

 Step 2

You, the Landlord, will provide your property to us under the “Management Agreement”. Your rent will be paid by us throughout this time, ensuring smooth rental payments into your accounts. From this point, we look after your property for you.  We will deliver to you a completely hands-off and hassle-free service.

 Step 3

Our staff will then initiate the marketing process.

  Step 5

Regards to property maintenance if you wish, we could carry out repairs on your behalf and provide you with a schedule of costs, prior to work commencing. Our network of tradesmen is vetted for quality and we negotiate low rates on the basis of the high volume of work they receive from us all year round.

   Step 6

At the end of our agreement, we hand your property back to you in a better condition or if you wish, we can renew our “Management Agreement”.
